Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, sales periods, or high order volume.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times:
- Finland: 2–7 business days
- Europe: 5–14 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.
DELAYS
Bonita Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Bonita Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also contact us at boniita.bonita22@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can help resolve the issue.
